Develop codebase for Caesar Cipher encryption and decryption

The Caesar cipher is a simple but effective method of encryption. It works by shifting each letter of the alphabet a certain number of places. For example, if you shift each letter by 3 places, then the letter "A" becomes "D", the letter "B" becomes "E", and so on.

I would like to develop a codebase for Caesar Cipher encryption and decryption in Python. The codebase should be able to encrypt and decrypt messages of any length. It should also be easy to use and extend.

I believe that this codebase would be useful for a variety of purposes, such as:

• Sending encrypted messages to friends and family
• Encrypting data for storage or transmission
• Creating educational tools about cryptography

I would be grateful if any developers would be willing to contribute to this project.
