Fix incoming. Seems to be from moving to the official rollup plugin which doesn't automatically pull in the correct config. rollup/plugins#394

Now I feel a bit embarrassed... Fix incoming. I'll just say some build dependency changed it on me 😄 but it was probably change the tsconfig in #142.
