wsusscn file access denied error

When running the script with the wsusscn2.cab file located on a a DVD/CD (or ISO attached to the VM) the script will fail with an access denied error. Theory is that it need to write to the source location first even though the .cab gets extracted elsewhere. Fix: Add Logic to code to determine if the source location is Read Only or not.
