gcc build complaint

I was just trying out your ring_buffer, and gcc 10.5.0 and 14.0.0 both complain when trying to compile this one liner.

#include <std/experimental/__detail/ring_buffer.hpp>

The error is the same as the following, which I get when trying to compile test/ring_buffer.test.cpp:
