ICE

Package ice implements Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) [RFC8445]: A Protocol for Network Address Translator (NAT) Traversal. Complies to gortc principles as core package.

Currently in active development, so no guarantees for API backward compatibility.

ci: setup more targets

So currently we are testing only on linux (amd64), but the active phase of development has started and more durability is needed.

Targets

• Unit tests (arm64)
• Unit tests (windows, amd64)
• AppVeyor (same as previous, but not self-hosted)

host: set recommended local preference for single ip

The value is 65535

Switch to RFC5245Bis

According to the Transports for WebRTC spec it seems we should be implementing RFC5245Bis instead of RFC5245. Should we switch over to that spec?
