Add more documentation

Add some documentation which shows what kind of input schemas will look like when written as a class in a mermaid diagram.

• show classes with integers, numbers, enumerators, arrays, nullable, and object types
• show classes for compound schema (oneOf, anyOf, and/or allOf)
• show anything else that helps show what Dr OpenAPI can do

Add more examples

Add more JSON and YAML examples. Specifically some larger ones which will create some interesting diagrams. Do not use JSON and YAML which aren't public API definitions.

Also add some example Markdown results to show off what Dr OpenAPI can do.

Add more unit-tests

There aren't many unit-tests yet. Add new unit-tests to ensure code is functioning correctly
