[Question] Why not use create-react-app for client ?

It would simplify the configuration you have to maintain. Any reason why it's ejected ?

Hi I realise you haven't even finished this yet but is there any plan to support ES6 / babel for the server? It would be nice to have continuity with create-react-app settings.

Make domain available to Postgres

I'm setting up a task queue system to send emails to newly-registered users to validate that they own their email address. However, these emails need to contain a link back to the running application, which means that the job needs to know what domain/port the application is running on. I'm thinking that the best way to do that would be to encode that information into the job payload, which means that the Postgres trigger function needs to know this information.

We're already using pgSettings to set the user_id, so I figure that we could do the same thing for setting the domain, based on the value of httpServer.address(). I'm just not sure of the best way to do this, or whether it belongs in the jwt namespace or elsewhere. Hence, I'm filing this issue! Can I please get some guidance here?

Missing `graphile-worker --once` command to install the worker schema.

Thanks to Benjie and the Postgraphile team for this awesome work. I started my journey with learning and using Postgraphile a few weeks ago.

I see that the Worker is a standalone project. And also the worker schema is included in this project also. What is the vision for worker and main graphql processes coexisting?

Are react hooks on the roadmap ?

Hello, I am interested in contributing to this project.
Based on react's team suggestion: https://reactjs.org/docs/hooks-faq.html#should-i-use-hooks-classes-or-a-mix-of-both - In the longer term, we expect Hooks to be the primary way people write React components. - I am also interested in investing time writing class-less React components.
What's your thoughts in this ?
