Install guide: no deps task?

Add renovate support to keep dependencies up to date

Consider restructuring values manifests to group custom releases by namespace

Something like:

helmfile.yml # root helmfile, imports other helmfiles in namespaces/*
namespaces/eth-mainnet.yml # imports launchpad-namespace, defines custom releases in same namespace

Values could either be inline of the namespace definition, or in a values folder like they are now
