No README
A README is essential to understand (a) what this is, and (b) understand what files are present.
Careful reading of buildapp.py (which lacks a module-level docstring) suggests the project contains at least one Flask application.
Careful reading of crewmgmt.py (which lacks a module-level docstring) suggests the project contains at least one CLI application.
There may be demo code concealed in some of the modules, also.
No documentation
There do not seem to me any module-level, class-level, or function level docstrings.
There isn't a docs folder with collected documentation and demonstration code.
There isn't a makefile for sphinx to rebuild the documentation.
No test cases
There is no tests directory. There do not seem to be any unit test or acceptance test cases.
