Desktop Menu - Projects is not linked.

The projects menu item does not go anywhere. It is missing its link.

Issue deploying application in gh pages

No issues with deployment but nothing is displayed. It is launching in gh pages at /portfolio but if that is not included in the homepage property of package.json there are other issues.
