Clear up files after delivery.

We want to keep the systems secure, there should be no fax data stored on the file system. We need to make sure that both when interfacing with Telnyx and the ATA temp files are cleared.

Cleanup console log

Invalid or proprietary tiff flags will cause a warning in the console. These should be ignored and need to be suppressed.

Need xml parser

Have to add xml parsing for the delivery updates from the ATA

Move backend to database.

Move away from static json files and to a transactional database backend.

Standardize and cleanup

Need to clean up all development testing and standardize coding across the board for cleanliness.
