[image] does not work inside tables

Using an [image] tag inside a table always results in the following error message:

Error: getTextFieldMasters (<class 'AttributeError'>)

Example Document:

[table]
A | B | C
D | E | [image path="my_image.png", label="image", caption="A"]
[/table]

[tblref] and [imgref] do not work inside tables

Using a [tblref] or [imgref] tag inside a table always results in the following error message:

Error: text interface and cursor not related (<class 'uno.com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException'>)
