Python implementation of the method explained in the article "Spatially varying color distributions for interactive multi label segmentation" by Claudia Nieuwenhuis and Daniel Cremers.

Code developped by Grégoire Boussac and Darius Afchar, for a course intituled "Introduction to medical image analysis" at the Master MVA.
