Add login functionality to save decks

The UI is abysmal, stock blazor. Style it and add some custom looks

At the moment the code only works with CSV files exported from Decked Builder.

Ideally support:
Card name and number imports from text boxes
.dec format
Decked Builder native format
Import from public deck lists on MTGGoldfish, etc

Infrastructure to add additional import formats will be the way to go here. Perhaps a pipeline system that attempts to detect format

Use mana symbols in HTML instead of text representations

Surely there is some easy things to replace {g} with the green mana symbol

Parse and store double sided card data better

The analytic logic has no tests. Add some to ensure it's producing what we expect
