A telegram web client built in laravel using Madeline Proto, an Async PHP client/server API for the telegram MTProto protocol (https://github.com/danog/MadelineProto). MadelineProto is a telegram approved PHP implementation which we are trying to harness for a Laravel based Telegram Web Client.
