Swap out all `env_value()` calls for `value()`

value(<field name>) is a more robust version of env_value(<env var name>) that dynamically decides which version of the object field to load depending on the context and execution environment. All tools should be updated to use it instead of env_value.

Some tools should support custom execution environments

After removing executors from the core framework (griptape-ai/griptape@4144d2d), it's important to add custom execution environment support to tools like Calculator and AwsCli for enhanced security and control.

Before starting on this issue, it would important to determine how much of the core generic executor functionality should live in Griptape.

Add the `ProxyCurl` tool

Add tests for `VectorStorageClient`

Currently blocked by griptape-ai/griptape#52

Add `tools.DateTime`

LLMs often need to retrieve current date and time. We can build a tool for that.

Add unit tests for the TextProcessor tool

Add `VectorClient.insert`

VectorClient should have an insert method that enables LLMs to insert new entries into vector DBs.
