Strong Farmer Default

Is there any conversation on editing the player strength to default to on? Turning it on each session is just an added task.

Teleporter mode bugs vehicles occasionally

I noticed that when teleporting vehicles (especially with attached tools, eg. weight), the non-flat positions of the machine jam under the ground. This does not always happen, but I would suggest adding, eg. 0.5m to the Y axis, to prevent this from happening.

Added Slurry has wrong N/M3

Hey Andy. When adding Slurry to a Slurry Tanker it will shows -4 kg N/m3 when playing with precision farming. So this would mean the Slurry has a negative Nitrogen value.

Mods do not appear

Wear and dirt condition not applied to "multi mount" equipment ?

Great mod - use it all the time now - only one small issue seen: in case of "multi mount" equipment (eg. Alpego RK300 + Jet-M drill combo) where not all attached directly to the tractor, then wear and dirt condition set through the vehicles sub-menu is only applied to the 'part' of the implement directly attached to the tractor - see pic (dirt and wear both set to 100%).

I found one bug, We using dedicated server. I'm not sure if it's because of our modification set. For super strength we have only one mod, only EasyDevControl

  1. When player freshly join game can't enable super strength I need again go to this settings and just save it. I also tried edit permision in savegame in file easyDevControls.xml nothing change still same

  2. When player freshly join game can't use super strength even I enable it before his join /// this is not a problem if 1st one works

Can't use the mods

Hello, i download your mods like 40 times... but i just can't use it. The mod appear in the installed list in the game menu, it is in the mods file list but it doesnt appear in the mods selection page at the start of a game and it can't be started in the game.
Can someone help me ?

Set crop with a farmid higher than 8 farms not possible

Hello, I have found that set the crop feature does not work if the field belongs to a farm whose farmid is higher than 8. Could u please add this feature in one of the next updates?

At the moment our workaround is to sell the field, buy it with a farmid lower than 8, set the fruit. After that we have to sell it again and buy it with the initial farm.

Flight permission?

Would it be possible to add flight permission also?
Then this would be a great tool for multiplayer admins.

Admin rights in multiplayer are not enough to edit fields

Hello,
yesterday I tried to edit the field of a fellow player as game admin. The fruit did not grow on the corresponding field. In single player I was able to edit the field as I wished without any problems. On the server, I had to join the appropriate farm before the server accepted the change.
If this is a feature, please close the task again. From the user's point of view, the issue feels like a bug.

Possible conversion

Slightly off topic but would you ever consider converting the Animal pen extension mod to fs22? was a fantastic mod and cant seem to find any similar mod and it really feels like a missing mod to me on any playthrough, thanks.

Question on flipping

The in game modhub description states its possible to flip vehicles using EDC how? is this a one button key stroke to right vehicles? or are you referring to the use of super strength?

Feature Request Include Custom Fields

How hard would it be to change the EasyDevControls:setFieldFruit function, and others, to either allow for a nil field index and instead of throwing an error, searching for a target field? just adding "Target" as an option in the Set Field Fruit menu. This would allow custom fields to be included with these controls. I assume. I'd do it my self if I had the ability but I don't.... so here I am.

I'm thinking that CoursePlay can create accurate field boundaries for custom fields, and the map knows about custom fields, and you can see the stats of a custom field, so it begs the question: Is it possible to get EDC to recognize custom fields.

Change default key to F11

I suggest change the default key from F12 to F11 like in FS19, that's because F12 is the default key for screenshot in Steam, so that is a little annoying...

Ich habe die letztgültige Version heruntergeladen und in den Mod Ordner des LS22 verschoben. Im Mod Ordner (Explorer) ist die Zip Datei enthalten, im Spiel scheint aber der Mod nicht auf? In der game.xml ist der Konsolenbefehl enthalten und auf true geändert.
Scheint aber im Spiel nicht auf.
Ich habe mittlerweile das Spiel neu installiert und mehrfach repariert, erfolglos.
Bitte um Info was ich machen kann, dass der Mod im Spiel integriert ist, und auch aktivierbar.

Bug with Seasons

Hello, I just downloaded the mod Easy Development Controls and found a bug when playing with seasons. If you play with 2 or more days, it still stays at 1 per season even if you switch it. You can also change it in the menu, but it has a black background and you cannot look at it. Would be nice if someone can answer me and if it's just me like that help to fix it.

Not saving preferences

Sorry, it must be a basic question, but every time I load FS22, the preferences changes I made to your mod are lost, and I have to redo everything again.
Is there any way to save these preferences to be fixed in all FS22 sessions?

Modconflict? Easy dev controls

Hey when I want to launch the game the easy development controls dont appears... I think somekind of mod conflict... do you have any idea? I have around 700 and I don't want to sort it out by hand😂

[Object Storage]: Errors while using that mod

Hello,

First of all sorry that i post that in this repo but you don't have any Object Storage repo so i can report it there.

While loading the game i am getting the following errors:

AND

2023-07-08 16:20 ERROR: geometry 'occluderMeshShape_GtX' needs to be marked as an occluder by the editor; please load/save the I3D to flush the occluder shape flag to the geometry.

Possibility to capture and export tire tracks

Hi! Is there a possibility to record/capture/save to i3d the dynamically created tire tracks during the gameplay so that it can be used as a placement mod later? The fact that the beautifully "used" yard is always reset each time the game starts always bothered me.

Precision Farming

Good morning, using this mod I noticed that creating crops in the fields with fertilizer etc. in the precision farming maps does not change anything. is it just my problem? will you fix it in the next version of the mod?

Suggestion for Expansion of Feature for a Future Update

Hello GTX and thank you firstly for the great Easy Development Controls Mod and providing it once again to players. I've been really waiting for this mod since the game's release having found the mod in FS19 to be invaluable to me as a content creator.

One thing I have liked so far in the new Mod is the option to toggle on and enable the Delete Objects Input, that is letting me remove trees very easily on maps using the delete key, and especially some trees which the in game chainsaw and tools don't recognise meaning until now they have been unremoveable.

I would however like to see this feature expanded in a future update if possible to allow us to delete other objects on the map like decorations, posts, poles, fences, decorative buildings which have no function etc. Unless I'm missing something already I'm not able to delete any of these things with the Delete Objects Input, but would find it super helpful to have this expanded functionality.

I know in FS19 there was an Objects Hider Mod, but at the moment nothing like that exists for FS22, and to be honest the quick delete function provided by Easy Development Controls would definitely appeal to me more then having to run yet another mod to achieve the same goal.

Feature Request: Button for toggling "needs plowing" state

Since several map/mod combinations have issues where a ready-to-harvest NPC field claims that it requires plowing, and the game always generates a plowing instead of a harvesting mission in that case, it would be helpful to have a button which allows you to only toggle the "needs plowing" state of a field, without changing anything else (like fertilization state etc)
Currently, this can be done by setting the fruit type, but you need to set a lot of other settings to your best guess of the field state

Running multiplier and running On / Off is not loaded on server games

Stop Time issue.

If I save and exit with time stopped the save will stop loading at 50%. I then have to exit and load with easyDevelopmentControls disabaled.

Quality of life: Remember last setting for fill types

Successful use case

  1. Launch game
  2. F12, Spawn a bale (any type)
  3. hit ESC
  4. Confirm proper Bale spawned.
  5. F12 again.

Expected & Actual

Previous bale setting are saved, you can spawn another bale of same type

Unsuccessful use case

  1. Launch game, get a tractor with a trailer
  2. F12, Select a fill type / method / amount for the trailer, and fill said trailer
  3. hit ESC
  4. Confirm trailer with expected amount
  5. F12 again.

Expected result

Previous fill type and amount saved, and able to full again with same fill type

Actual result

Previous Fill type no longer selected
Previous Fill method (Fill / Empty / Set) still selected
Previous Fill amount (if using Set method) value is gone

Note - all other similar EDC items (Add Bale, Add Pallet, Tip to Ground) work this way, but the Fill Level tool does not.

Password Protection?

now my question, is ist possible to add a password protection in your mod?
We use your Mod in many Multiplayer projects,
every one knows the admin password, they need it to save the game.
unfortunately use some Player this Mod to cheat ,
that was Not the way we would use your mod.

Performance issues

Hello, we encountered the following problem:
This cool mod also works on our server, and when we changed the rendering distance, we noticed that all players had DirectX 12 enabled. We tried to solve this problem by changing to DirectX 11, but now everyone’s FPS was lower by about 10-20 FPS. Can you please help us somehow?

Suggestion: Only available for server administrators

I know the main use for EDC is for mod testing, but it would be very helpfull if this mod could be used only by loged in server administrators.

Let me give a little of context for you, I run a dedicated server over the last two years (since fs19) and there was always more players wanna joining than farms that I can create (8 vanilla and 14 creating direct in farms.xml). And I alway had to keep one farm slot as "bank" for several uses. If EDC was only available for server admin, I could open one farm slot for one more player. Thats mean a lot for server administrators with this kind of issue.

Nitrado Server

I am not able to use this mod in my Nitrado dedicated server even if I am connected as Admin. I press F12 to open the menu and it doesn't work. Any ideas?
