仕様的な

Ctrl・Alt・Shift・Command・PrtScrnあたりのスクショが撮れそうなキーを押すと防止画面が現れます。
ウィンドウからフォーカスを外しても防止画面になります。
MacのSafariとChromeで印刷も妨害できることを確認してます。
スクショくらいは防げると思う。

……小手先の小細工なのでDevToolsなどを引っ張れば簡単に元ファイルを入手できますがその辺はサーバサイドで頑張るしかない。
