Togging music while playing malfunctioning

This will probably be fixed pretty soon. Right now, music can't be turned off 
at all.
yuriks is making progress on the sound/music, though.

Now the music toggling works nicely, but not like in the original. In the 
original it
works like the current implementation, except that the music is toggled on when 
you
enter the ESC key menu during a level.
