Add post-download content validator to toolkit CLI

The current content hashing function is available on the archiving side of the toolkit (utils.package_folder). Create the counterpart verify_folder to calculate the hash without zipping. Add a new CLI tool to verify all local content is valid against a chosen version/quality (eg. v1_0/UHD)

403 forbidden

Hi,

I see that the script is trying to access http://ilab.usc.edu/hoot/v1_0/HD/metadata.json, however it does not work:

    assert response.status_code == HTTPStatus.OK, f'Service returned error {response.status_code}'
AssertionError: Service returned error 403

I am interested in using your data, so would you please mind looking into this? Perhaps I am doing something wrong, or there might be an issue with the public permissions of the data hosting service?

Add CLI command to calculate dataset statistics

The current statistics available in the HOOT paper was calculated by code contained in a private repo. That code should be ported to the toolkit CLI

Annotation question

Does the occlusion mask cover the whole occluder (i.e. object that is responsible for occluding the occludee) itself, or only those pixels that are directly occluding the occludee across the line of sight? Would it be possible to obtain information about both, or is only the latter available?
