Calorie and Macro Calculator

This project is an assignment for the Landesberufschule (LBS) (eng=vocational school), thus the implementation of the LBS Calculation Method additional to the standard method. It is a PHP-based web application with a frontend built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Activity Level Select

Application works via ajax post requests and auto-updates results once any input changes.

Inspiration for this project was taken from the Calorie Calculator available at MuscleHacking. This application aims to provide a similar functionality with some altered functionality.

Project Structure

• backend.php: This file contains the backend logic for the application.
• index.php: This is the main entry point of the application.
• res/css/style.css: This file contains the CSS styles for the application.
• res/js/page.js: This file contains the JavaScript logic for the application.

Getting Started

To get started with this project, clone the repository into your webserver and open index.php in your web browser.
