The code of selenium scraper is not pleasing to the eyes

The code of selenium scraper is not pleasing to the eyes. It is nice and interesting if the source code is easier to read and understand.

while scraping the scraper throws error and stops if it is not able to find an element

Intended behavior is that it should continue scraping the page. Also it will be great if scraped information is written in an external file rather than in memory because the collected info will be lost due to an unexpected error.

The results of scrape_page are appended even when scraper doesn't navigate to next page

scraping results are appended to an existing file

Whenever I run the scraper the results are appended to the existing file. It is better if there is a newfile created on every subsequent run.
