Merge the content of this repository into `html5boilerplate.com`

Previous discussion: h5bp/html5boilerplate.com#108.

These days this repository is basically mirroring the changes from the h5bp/html5boilerplate.com repository, thus, duplicating the effort.

Get up to date with current state of html5boilerplate.com

Some things done in the html5boilerplate.com repo, that need to be ported over:

• Use Gulp instead of Grunt (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@adef31f)
• Move inline js to seperated file (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@56ca846) (done in fd5a535)
• Get rid of jQuery dependency. (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@56ca846)
• Make build script compress resources using Zopfli (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@b9f938f)
• Make links open in a new tab on ctrl/cmd+click (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@4a2fea1)
• Fetch normalize.css using npm (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@bbb2609)
• Update the content from the .htaccess file (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com@979888f)
• Add a web application manifest file (h5bp/html5boilerplate.com#133)

Update to Google Universal Analytics

• Request transfer. (Cc: @paulirish)
• Update code.

Domain name ownership

Who owns mobileboilerplate.com? This is the only thing holding back the deployment of this site and the HTML5 Boilerplate release (because the mobile project needs a site before we redirect html5boilerplate.com/mobile there). We need to find out ASAP.

If we can't establish who owns it (assuming it's someone on the h5bp team), then we're going to have to buy a domain.

`Report Issues` link is broken

HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

The correct link should be:

but it's probably better to changed it to https://github.com/h5bp/mobile-boilerplate/issues, so that it matches the main http://html5boilerplate.com/ site.

Rename repository?

Since we don't own the http://mobileboilerplate.com/ domain (nor is it redirecting to http://html5boilerplate.com/mobile/), I think we should rename this repository to something like html5boilerplate.com-mobile.

Deprecated Project

I suggest to mark this project/repo deprecated and read-only.

We're intending to change the way that html5boilerplate.com is hosted (moving to GitHub Pages) which means that html5boilerplate.com/mobile will no longer be reachable.
