Chinese language file confusion

A recent accepted pull request has lead to three language files being present for Chinese:

zh-hans.json (simplified Chinese characters)
zh-hant.json (traditional Chinese characters)
zh.json (contains traditional Chinese characters)

I think the redundancy of having the traditional characters twice should be removed. However, there seems to be no clear policy on how to handle the Chinese language codes in the other libraries.

Options:

• remove zh.json as it's unclear from the outside which version of the characters this is
• put contents of zh-hans.json into zh.json and remove zh-hans.json (simplified Hansi is used in mainland China and much more common, it could be used as the default)
• remove zh-hant.json and define zh.json to be used for traditional characters

New features for audio

At NDLA.no we would like to have some new features in the audio component.
Proposed updates:

• When including audio-file: setting for playing from the indicated start to the end
• When including audio-file: setting for playing from the indicated start to the indicated stop
• Player option: set the speed of the audio playback (standard 1x)
• Player option: fast forward and fast backward control with a customisable timeframe when including the audiofile (standard 15 seconds)
  Some of these featusers are important for "universal design" (UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) of the component.

Couldn't see any icon file included.
Could this be added at the root level?

Incompatible options

the options "Player Mode: Full" and "Fit to wrapper" are incompatible. "Player Mode: Minimalistic" and "Enable Controls" are incompatible as well.

There is a need for a conditional removal of the incompatible options when "Player Mode: Full" or "Player Mode: Minimalistic" is chosen. This can be accomplished by creating an editor widget for this, similar to what has been made with the radio selector widget.
