Hide advanced settings in editor

Tile spacing, Frame and ascpect ratio in a collapsed fieldset?

Don't lose images on template change.

Should be able to keep images when changing templates and also move images between positions in the template. If moving to a template with fewer images the user should ideally choose the one to loose or get a notice about him loosing the last image or something.

Try to keep the same image center when changing collage height

You won't change images very often I guess. The most common thing to do is probably to upload the first images. Why not make the entire box for the image clickable initially to upload an image and then add the change button when an Image has been uploaded?

When hovering over 'change image' I get the default cursor. Should be the pointer cursor.

Support texts below the images, and perhaps titles above

In many use-cases you probably want to add text below the images? For instance if used on a blog there could be links to the show where you buy the clothes?

Spinner good or bad?

I would think that showing the images as they are loaded the normal way would be much better than showing the spinner. The spinner is distracting, doesn't show the progress and give you no idea about what's to come. Is there a technical reason for using a throbber or is it there to make it look cool?

Didn't get the aspect ratio hand thing

By default I could use the hand cursor to move the image a couple of pixels each way. When adjusting the aspect ratio all the picture frames became a lot taller. That was unexpected. What is the idea there?

Uploading multiple images doesn't work

I naturally pressed the next image before the first one was finished and selected an upload for that one as well. None of the images were uploaded.

Tooltip

Use only icons for image buttons (e.g. 'change image'), as suggested in the design spec. Add the tooltip functionality to describe what the button does, when this becomes available in H5P.

Image uploading doesn't seem to work

It takes quite some time before the image icon starts spinning. Perhaps nothing happens while uploading and then it starts spinning while downloading?

I thought the upload had failed until it started spinning.

Cannot upgrade collage-library at all

Hello,
You cannot upgrade collage-library at least when using Moodle 4.1 & mod_hvp 1.26.1 (2023122500).

No error, it says "Collage successfully installed!" but upgrade icon won't disappear

Add Ability to Hyperlink Images to other URLs

A collage can be a great means of displaying access to different content in a course. Allowing the images in a collage to be hyperlinked would allow collage to be utilized to create navigation panels, or to link to larger versions of the image, etc., making in more useful in course design.
