Get transaction by tags feature

Wazzup, bruh. It's a pleasure once again. As I was using this package to retrieve data, I faced a problem. I wanted to get all the transactions from the arweave with specific tags. Failed to get that since the package supports only getting transactions by id. Would you mind adding tags also? This package helped me a lot due to approaching a project's deadline.

Adding the plugin to pub dev site

@hackyguru, appreciate for open sourcing this. It helps out here, I wanted to let you know that. Though some enhancements are needed, nothing geek I would love to see this package on the pub dev site. So more people can get it there. Without my magic skills of googling it could have been hard to find this precious gem😁.
