Kronecker sum of Discrete Laplacians

Create an example of producing 2,3D discrete Laplace operators as Kronecker sum:

It could be an addition to the Tensor (Kronecker) Product of Matrices

Also, the discrete 1d Laplace operator should be somewhere put as example
