CollectionView.create should not use Document(doc=...)

When using mongokit.Document(doc=...), the default_values factories are not called. You need to call the constructors without arguments then update(request.POST).

This was reproduced with bypi and fixed; Pior will push the fix to his clone and then one of us will be able to add a test.

pyramid_rest.mongo should handle the mongokit exception DuplicateKeyError Edit

Example:

Refacto: resources always have a parent

To avoid checking all the time if a resource has a parent, we could introduce a root resource that's used as parent for top-level resources.
