Agents Availability

There is two case here, there no agent online at all or all agent are busy

1- No agent online :
- Notify visitor the time agents will be available in his local time
- Create a service and continuous pulling in the background, then notify visitor when agent is online
- Con : continuous pulling mean continuous battery drain, what if no agent came online for the next 12h

2- All agent online are busy we can use QueueUpdate to provide live queue progress

AFNetworking is generating random numbers to add a boundary to multiform data using the unsecured arc4random. Currently, there is no fix for the vulnerability issue (version 3.2.1 is still vulnerable)
