I write the notebooks to contain:

2. Mathematics and Statistics behind the tool/algorithm

3. Code implementation from scratch (using numpy)

4. Application to real (publicly available) data

Calculation of <prob_topics> in <Latent Dirichlet Allocation.ipynb>

Hello,

is the calculation of the conditional probability of assigning each topic <prob_topics> correct?
It does not seem to be the same as in the referenced Wikipedia article.
