Problem with generating DTO

When I try to generate DTO I have:

NoSuchMethodError: com.intellij.psi.PsiManager.getCodeStyleManager()Lcom/intellij/psi/codeStyle/CodeStyleManager;

Builder: make attributes for assertions selectable

Make the attributes in the builder generation dialog selectable for the creation of assertions.
Alternively use a Annotation to use this feature in non interactive generation mode.

Introduce special annotation for generators. Let this annotation specify,
if a element should just initialy be generated. That means a newly invocation of the plugin ignores already generated elements.

It seems, as if the annotation based generation takes some time. Will this be an issue in projects with lots of classes? Is there space for performance optimization if so?

Collection-Type DTO fields initialization with null instead of emtpyXxx

Current Situation

Fields within the DTO of type "Set" or "List" are initialized with null.
private java.util.Set family;

Target Situation

Fields are initialized with Collections.emptySet / List.

Enhancement

Dtos contains "add" and "remove" methods for collections. Initialization should then as with "new ArrayList()" or "new HashSet()"
