Deprecated warnings with PHP 8

Hi,

With PHP 8 the method ReflectionParameter::getClass() is deprecated and can be replaced by ReflectionParameter::getType().

I am getting a lot of deprecations caused by this code:

@alexander-schranz As this bundle requires PHP 7.2 and ReflectionParameter::getType() is available since 7.1, we should be able to safely change the code, correct?

Wrong package name

Docs file named 1-setting_up_the_bundle.rst contains a command to download the latest stable version of the bundle, but the package name friendsofsymfony/rest-routing-bundle seems to be wrong, couse i get an error message The requested package friendsofsymfony/rest-routing-bundle could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name. But if i change the package name to handcraftedinthealps/rest-routing-bundle, then everything goes ok.

Can't use "." dot char in last URL variable

Thank you for your work here. Still trying to migrate from FOSRESTBundle 2.x to 3.x

Currently having an issue with a variable in my URL. Here it is:
@Get("/myjob/{job}/subjob/{sub}")

Using your bundle to generate the route, is not allowing for {sub} to have a "." according to the regex generated (eg. "test.toto"):
[^\/\\.]++

Any idea why ? Not the same regex is generated for the variable {job}:
[^\/]++ (and it's fine for this one)

EDIT: no issue with FOSRESTBundle 2.x (I can use "." in URL variable at the end of an URL).

Remove fos-rest 3.0@dev from composer.json

Before the release we should remove @dev from the composer.json.

Add missing FOSRest changes

I don't know when this package was created in relation to FOSRest, but there are some changes which are not applied here.

This is an example:

Is this PR the only difference or are there any other?
