Catalina and kindlegen 32-bits

In MacOSX/Catalina, kindlegen does not run - it is only a 32-bit application. Kindlegen is needed for generating the webpage among other things.

The workaround is to extract kindlegen from the newer Amazon Kindle previewer. See

for details. After that build.sc needs to be modified in place where the zip-file is unpacked,
like so

}
