Is SSR302 now working

Last time I tried Homey I used the Secure App and it would not work with the SSR02 forcing me to abandon Homey - is it possible it now works?

SSR303 does not work anymore

Hi Hank,

My Homey updated to 5.0.2 and the Secure app to 0.2.14 yesterday, since then my SSR303 does not work anymore.
I reinstalled the app, restarted Homey, disassociated the device from Z-Wave.

My SRT321 works fine.
I get this error when trying to include, the process works as usual.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Unfortunately I can't add scs317. I do it according to the description, but at the end homey says something is wrong. i'll try later.

Thanks for making this app!
Pairing my Secure SRT 321 went just fine, then I set up one flow where a heater should be turned on when tempetature less than target, and other flow where heater should be turned off when temperature greater than target.
When push the flow test button, it works fine, but when i adjust the thermostate target temp over / below current temp (eighter on the thermostat or in homey) nothing happens.
What may be the reason for this?

make it work like an actuall thermostat?

is there a tutorial or something to make it work? all i've managed it to do, is switch on/off at every change in temperature setting. and i dont even know if it will turn on/off when the temperature is reached.

i just want it to be a thermostat and controll my aeon labs micro switch. theres gotta be something i'm missing here?!

Can not add SES303

My SES303 used to work, but stopped doing so some time ago. I removed the device and tried to add it again but that fails with the following error:
status.missing_multiChannelNodeId_1_on_node
Let me know if I can do something to help sort out this issue!

Scs317 support

Hi, I’m new and not really sure if this is the right area to request support for the scs317 device. It’s a 7-day timer, but just temp control / set point and a temp readout would be great.

Happy to try and help, if possible… it just gets recognised as a no app general zwave device in homey: presumably because the ID isn’t recorded?

Enhancement: SES 303 multi channel node: SES 002 default node names

Thank you very much for the smart secure app and for supporting the SES 303 device including the SES 002 external temperature sensor nodes. I'am using Homey Pro since approximately two weeks and from the beginning my "Secure Meters" do work like a charm :)

The only issue regarding usability occurs when trying to distinguish between SES 002 sensor nodes

• within the device detail view (see 1st screenshot below) or
• when trying to find the correct flow trigger card as shown in the 2nd screenshot below.

It seems that the former node specific names have been removed with c785124 . So, all temperature nodes are currently named as "Temperature".
Would it be possible to get some default names/titles back such as "Temperature EXT 1, 2, 3, 4" or so?

Secure started making an ‘smart’ boiler switch. I live in the UK and I’m thinking of buying one to integrate into my homebridge/HomeKit smart home. I have a smart tariff with Octopus and long term I’d like to integrate my boilerr to heat up during cheaper energy times.

Unfortunately the app is proprietary. The vendor said they have no short term plans for integrations. The device can be controlled locally with Bluetooth or WiFi.

I noticed this plugin supports some secure devices. Have you got any plans to support the newer connected devices? I don’t own one yet but I’m about to buy one and I’d love to support the development (with ‘coffee’).

I just use homebridge is all but there are lots of homebridge plugins that can be based on community made HTTPS or BLE APIs..

Let me know what you think. I’ve seriously scoured the Internet and no one’s writing plugins for these devices.

Problem after the v5 app update

Hi,

Thanks for the v5 update! I however encountered some issues after that. I have added my SRT 321, but I am not able to get any temperature values from the device or change the temperature from the app. When I try to change the temperature from the app I get an "invalid device" error, see add screenshoot. I have tried to exclude and include it several times, the result always looks successful in both the app and on the device). I have also tried to restart my Homey a couple of times without any visible impact.

Help with adding SSR-302 Dual Channel boiler controller to the app

Hi

I am brand new to Homey and just getting everything set up. I have been a long-time (~15 years) home Automator with other platforms so I have a large fleet of z wave devices I have been migrating. One of these is an SSR-302 dual channel boiler controller which controls hot water as well as heating. I guess it must be pretty similar to the SSR-303 which I see is already supported, though obviously with an extra channel. The heating channel is paired with an SRT 321 which I know is supported, but I would need also support for the hot water channel.

As I say I am new to Homey and although I’ve dabbled with JavaScript before and familiar with Z Wave command classes and associations and so on, I’m not yet confident to add this myself. I wonder if either you could help guide me to add support for this myself and contribute it or If you could add support with me testing and providing any diagnostics etc to get it working? Definitely happy to buy you more than one coffee if you can help me get this added!

Weird SRT321 behaviour and possible Secure app for Homey Pro

This comment is from my thread on devices being switched on when they shouldn't be:

I have discovered another problem that I can’t explain that seems to be switching some devices on as well, and that is that two of my Secure SRT321 thermostats (ID 157 and 161) have sent “Switch Binary Set (ON)” to all my devices it looks like. (See image.) And there is something wrong in the Secure app for Homey, but since I have several other SRT321’s that haven’t done this (at least not yet) i suspect its only in the description of the association groups. I will try and share this thread with the developer of the app.

But what do you guys think, are the thermostats broken or will an exclude and include most likely fix it?

Or could it be a bug in the Secure app for Homey? There is a screen grab of the Zniffer file showing the issue.

I Get a new SSR 302.

It is added after inclusion as an unknown device.

I suspect that the ID has changed.

The ID of my device is 89.3.6

Can you please check this and add it if necessary.

SRT321 dont want to work after 5.0

Hi. I have two SRT321. Will not work after upgrading os to 5.0. 
I now have latest versions but still no action on my two devices. Do I need to remove them and include them again?
