Startup app at boottime

The app must start when the computer it runs is finished booting.
Important is to show whether or not there is internetconnectivity

Auto-update from github at boot

Enable the update of python script and other resources at boottime. This makes the device more independent.

Create an installation script that installs the software and all its necessary prerequisites.

Create installation instructions

Make a description how to install the e-Paper software on a raspberry pi.

Refresh automatically after x seconds

When none of the buttons is pressed, the values on the display are not updated. It would be nice if this is done periodically.
This should work as follows:
If the display show the value of the vault, a timer forces the update every x minutes.
If a button is pressed that refreshes the value, reset the timer to zero.

Gracefull shutdown with display buttons

Make it possible to shutdown the RPi by, for instance, pressing one of the buttons four times in a row.

Maintain a version number and show it at startup

Show latest refresh date/time

When refreshing the copernicus vault value, show the date/time on the display to inform the users of the accuracy of the displayed data

Make wait for network smarter

When starting the script, waiting for the network is just pausing 30secs. This can be improved by checking if there is a real network connection.

Insert comma in numeric notation for separating 1000's : i.e. 1,000.12 in stead of 1000.12
