TDS3301 - Data Mining Group Project Trimester 1 2021/2022 ๐จโ๐ป๐ฉโ๐ป
A Jupyter Notebook and a Streamlit web app hosted on Heroku that written in Python to analyze on COVID-19 in Malaysia. This is a advanced project based on our previous work for assignment, Covid-19 Analysis. We have incorporated more datasets that we find interesting and might be useful for further analysis.
- Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia's github repository, Open data on COVID-19 in Malaysia
- Open data on Malaysia's National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme's github repository, COVID-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) Malaysia
- R-Naught Value in Malaysia, COVID-19 Malaysia
- Google Trends in Malaysia, Google Trends
Time frame is set from 01/07/2021 until 30/09/2021 for official data and daily R-Naught value data from MOH and CITF. This is because the tests_state.csv dataset provided by MOH is only available from the date, 1st of July 2021. Besides, using more recent data is more helpful in predicting future new Covid-19 cases in Malaysia since the data from 2020 to 2021 is having big differences within short time period. Time frame is set from 19/10/2020 until 19/10/2021 for Google Trends data, where the search trend data of certain keywords were collected.
