我第一次用bookdown写作，中间可能会有很多地方需要查手册，所以把 bookdown 官方文档放在这里以备不时之需。
本来是不太愿意花时间整理这些太基础的知识点。但最近带领一个实验室湿实验工作者转行学习生物信息学的时候，他总是问我第一步该做什么！
我回答他应该先了解一下测序原理，再了解一些常见的生物信息学格式，最后再学几个基础编程语言。
他追问道：测序原理哪里去看呢？常见的生物信息学格式有哪些，我是不是应该买一本书呢？
我才赫然发现，生物信息学领域居然没有这样一本小白文，方便湿实验工作者转行学习生物信息学的枕边书，既然缺乏，那我就做这个补充吧。
我本人将会负责全书整体框架的搭建已经目录的设置，然后会适当引入两三位朋友跟我共同完成此书。所有的作者都会在这里列出：
