MimeUnrender instance for Servant.HTML.Lucid.HTML?

I think it's required to use Servant.HTML.Lucid.HTML with servant-client. I can attempt a PR if there is no underlying reason why this instance is not there.

Bump lucid dependency to 2.10.0

I'm using lucid+servant and the framework I'm using requires that attributes be in order for it to work properly. Would it be fine if I made a PR that bumps the lucid dependency to 2.10.0 since it seems to be fixed in that version?
