Face Attendance System

Overview

This project contains the implementation of Vision AI for building real-time face attendance system.
Firebase realtime database and storage service is used to make the attendance system live and integrated.

Run Locally

• Ensure you have Python 3.7+ installed.

• Create a new Python conda environment:

conda create -n face-recognition  # create face-recognition
conda activate face-recognition  # activate face-recognition

OR

• Create a new Python virtual environment with pip:

virtualenv face-recognition --python=python3.10  # create face-recognition
source face-recognition/bin/activate   # activate face-recognition

Install dependencies

  pip install -r requirements.txt

or

 conda env create -f environment.yaml

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/Hassi34/Face-Attendance-System.git

Go to the project directory

  cd Face-Attendance-System

Run the application by executing the following command in terminal

  python main.py
