Index error on rotated block drop

Rotated blocks sometimes throw index error at the very bottom of window during mapCheck

File "__init__.py", line 201, in mapCheck
if posMap[y + block.y + changeY][x + block.x + changeX]:
IndexError: list index out of range

Maybe switch mapCheck to use an exception catcher instead of checking index with if
