I can't get the sample to run

Hello,

I followed the documentation at https://github.com/hdknr/pypam/blob/master/docs/source/setup.rst

I am stuck there :

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Requested setting PAM_AUTH, but settings are not configured. You must either define the environment variable DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE or call settings.configure() before accessing settings.

I am a sysadmin - but not familiar with Python nor django at all. I've seen the part of the doc suggesting app/env.py may be tweaked but I'm really clueless on what this does... I can only guess that $VE should be changed, but I don't know what for.

If this project is still active I'm OK with submitting the PR to get the documentation better.
