Known bugs and limitations

• No MPEG or AAC support as CEF only supports open formats

Configuration

For each custom radio, add this line in fxmanifest.lua:

supersede_radio "[ORIGINAL_RADIO_NAME]" { url = "[RADIO URL]", volume = 0.5, name = "[NEW RADIO NAME]" }

You can find the list of radio names in data.js and a full example in fxmanifest.lua.

Tips

Stream a modified hud.ytd (gtav_radio_stations_texture_512) file to replace radio logos.

Load, but dont works!

Hi, i found this scrpit a few days ago... I think it can be great but i cant set up correctly...

The script loads fine.

Started resource fivem-radio

No errors in load... but when im in the game the script seems to do nothing...

in F8 says:

script:fivem-radio:nui Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch (@fivem-radio/index.html:0)

Problème avec la radio

Bonjour, j'ai installé le script de radio puis quand je suis aller dans un véhicule sur FiveM il n'y avait pas de sons j'ai donc vérifié mais paramètre mais tout était bon alors j'ai ouvert la console en jeu (F8) et j'ai vu cette erreur qui venait quand je changer de radio (les radios modifier).

Max volume when you have muted music volume

Lovely resource, and have used it for a long time, though:

The volume is blasting out at max, if you have completely turned down volume in your GTA options.
Could this be fixed?

Song ends and new song starts, and music stops playing

I will be listening to my radio station and the song will end and a new one will begin on the channel and I will not hear it in game. Is there a setting I can change to stop that?

Failure to fetch (With solution)

As of esx legacy 1.10.1, seems like content must be served through https?
Had a metric load of errors complaining about it. I edited index.html to change every mention of "http://radio/radio:ready" to "https://radio/radio:ready"
which solved it. Suggest it should be added to the main repo.

Im trying to use a HLS m3u8 stream and it's not working. Is this format supported?

How do i change the volume (except in the __resource.lua) because it says player configurable

How can i change the volume ingame? Because it says player configurable and i only saw a config in the __resource.lua which is not player configurable.

Failed load resource

"Couldn't load resource fivem-radio-master. :("
This is an error when i try to enter into my fivem server, i started "fivem-radio-master" into server.cfg

Unexpected Token and A failed to fetch

Radio will not work and it saying failed to fetch radio... What Did I do wrong?

cant get it to work.

The ability to force a reload of the radio for yourself (or something similar)

So, for whatever reason, some players on my server have problems with the radio getting stuck playing, even while not in a car, but I don't think I've ever experienced that. So as a solution, having a command added that could reload the radio for yourself so it would stop playing whatever is playing, or have a command to change the volume of the radio yourself so people could set it so 0 to mute it if they wanted to.

Nothing happends after adding the script

Hello Hellslicer and anyone else,

My name is Robert and i found your script a few days ago. I was very enthusiastic about it, but it didn't work on my server. It is an esx server and i have another 300 scripts on it, i just added it in the resources folder and started it from server.cfg. The resource was loaded but nothing happend. Can u help me with this, any tipps you have?
