Priorities not available in language files

Did a translation of Helpdesk-z and noticed that the different levels of priority (low, medium, high etc) is not available in the language files and hence they do not get translated. Looks kind of weird when everything else is in a different language.

Account creation

Hi, it would be nice if there is an option to create an account.

Activate language

How do I activate a language after I've placed the translated files in the right place?, I can't find any settings for changing the language..

Calendar should be in language file

You need to add the calendar to the language file, it needs to be translated according to the countries.

Italian translation

I like HelpDeskZ, it's easy but very functional.
I am working on Italian translation https://github.com/iw1qlh/helpdeskz-translations/tree/Italian
At the moment Client.php and Install.php are translated.

To enable multi-languages I modified App.php, variables $negotiateLocale and $supportedLocales. It's the correct way?

I tried to register on the community forum but I haven't received the email for activation. Is the forum still working?
