(Suggestion) Better UDFPS

Hi,

I managed to add the dim overlay for UDFPS via kernel modification. Also fixed a weird bug on android 12.1 where onFingerDown() doesn't get called on lockscreen exit.

(Suggestion) Fix laggy UI

Hi,

I've just discovered that due to low CPU frequency, the UI is laggy especially when there is no task on the background. The main cause is because the "schedutil" governor refuses to raise the frequency.

I've tried adding this in the end of init.qcom.post_boot.sh and the issue was fixed: ngxson@dfc97b1

Please note that I only use ondemand governor for little cores, so there won't be a big impact on battery life.

supports_background_blur should be disabled

Hi, I have a small suggestion: ro.surface_flinger.supports_background_blur=1 can cause some UI lags on Android 12, since in this version, they use more blur effects. Revert this commit to fix: 9af3ebd
