Step Generation not working after updating/modifying scenario's

When using specflow v2.4.1 or 3.0 initially after setting up the project the feature file is working as expected, I can add new scenario's and add step definitions after making a few modifications usually just adding some more scenarios over time I am no longer able to drill down into the code behind and the text color does not update when I add or modify the gherkin. This has happened to me multiple time. I have tried updating the versions and modified the custom file generator but not having any luck.

"Scenario Outline" is not recognized in some cases

The "Scenario Outline" is not recognized in the following sample. It is somehow related to the @mytag.

VS crashes during close of visual studio, after opening a large solution and editing a feature.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a large solution with a cucumber feature,
2. open a feature file in the editor
3. close visual studio
4. an error report window is shown.

Process solution step definitions in a separate thread.

Add multi language support

Incorrect language identifier for swedish.

Hello, in languages.yml the identifier for swedish is incorrect, it should be "sv". Thanks for an otherwise great plugin!

Keyword "Scenarios" is not recognized as an alternative of "Examples"

In cucumber the template parameters of scenario outline can be written with "Examples:" or "Scenarios:" (they are synonyms of each other).

v0.3 seems to recognize only the "Examples:".

Highlight step definition parameters

Clear step definitions when solution is changed.

Show completions == show members when on given/when/then line.

Show members (Ctrl-J) now shows the step definitions present in the solution.
Show completions (Ctrl-Space) shows the keywords for the selected language (Feature, Scenario, etc.)

Since Ctrl-Space is used a lot more, it would be convenient to show the step definitions when the line starts with a step definition keyword (given/when/then etc)...

editing lines with FIT tables generates an error

Generates an "object reference not set".

cuke4vs + specflow crashes VSTS2008

HI,

We are using Specflow and tried to use cuke4vs.
Every time if we I'm trying to edit .feature files VSTS 2008 is crashing.
