Strippy

Create 2D strip plot from 3D NMR data and a list of peaks.

Currently supports Bruker data, and will support NMRpipe data soon.

Installation

Strippy is a set of python scripts. Ensure you have python 3.9 or above installed.

Strippy requires the libraries numpy and matplotlib to be installed which you can install using pip.

Clone this repository using the green code button above, and pressing download zip.

Execute strippy by the command line strippy/strippy.py --help to get see how to use the program.
