Issue on frontend data exporting (xlsx)

There is an issue on frontend excel data exporting wherein it can't be opened when you enable "TEXT HEADER", enable "ANSWERS AS TEXT" and enable Arabic as the language. However, the downloaded file can be opened in excel if you disable "TEXT HEADER" and "ANSWERS AS TEXT"

Missing Fields in Frontend Export

### Urgency: High
Describe the bug
@SamuelPetragallo @JeffDotingco @luna404 @SamMousa
Recently Filled Geographical Coordinates (i.e. Longitude and Latitude) are not available in Frontend Export though are available in Backend Export.

Brief description
I have recently filled the missing geographical coordinates of some HFs (91 HFs) through the Backend Admin. However, when exporting the data from Frontend those recently filled geographical coordinates are not displayed in the main fields of "Longitude" and "Latitude" though they appear in Backend Export.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to 'Projects'
  2. Scroll down to 'Yemen'
  3. Click on 'Download' which is the "Down Arrow Button"
  4. See error (No "Longitude" nor "Latitude" appears in main fields of Longitude and Latitude for any recently filled geographical coordinates whose geographical coordinates were missing (though they appear in Backend Export).

Expected behavior
I expect the recently filled geographical coordinates (i.e. Longitude and Latitude) to appear in the main fields of "Longitude" and "Latitude" in the Frontend Export.

Additional details
Add any other context about the problem here. If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Invite user from permissions pages

Brief description
Admins responsible to invite new users currently have to wait until a user has registered before they can assign permissions. This can be rather tedious for the admins as they can't assign permission in a single sessions and are dependent on users to register on time.

Expected behavior
If a user is not already register there should be an option for admins to invite a user to register. Once an invite has been sent, the admin should be able to assign permission even if the users has not yet confirmed their account.

Remove Duplicate and Non-Essential Fields/Columns

### Urgency: High
Describe the Bug
@SamuelPetragallo @JeffDotingco @luna404 @SamMousa
Remove any duplicate and/or useless columns unless there is an urgent need for (e.g. duplicate geographical coordinates, Governorate/District, HF-ID, etc.).

Brief description
There are several duplicates and/or useless fields/columns that have been created/added recently and almost all of those new added/created fields/columns are not essential parts of the Standard Data Model and some of them were just created to perform secondary (or go around) tasks which are not of significant influence and could be removed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to 'Projects'
  2. Scroll down to 'Yemen'
  3. Click on 'Download' which is the "Down Arrow Button"
  4. See error: Duplicated and/or useless fields or columns (i.e. samples of a set of duplicated/useless columns are highlighted using a unique color for each set of duplicated/useless fields or columns)

Expected behavior
The Desired Action is to reduce the number of new and/or duplicated columns as much as possible in order to minimize the difference between the HeRAMS 2018 & HeRAMS 2020 datasets structure & Keep only essential fields/columns as per the Standard Data Model as well as new fields/columns which are urgently required.

Additional details
The below screenshot and the attached file show samples of the duplicated/useless fields or columns (p.s. all columns highlighted in “Yellow” are duplicates of “Governorate and/or District” & columns highlighted in “Orange” are duplicates of “HF-ID” & columns highlighted in “Pink” are duplicates of “Geographical Coordinates”, etc.):

Arabic Interface (Data Entry & Visualization)

There should be an Arabic Interface (icons, buttons) in the platform wherein an end-user can select which language he/she prefers as well as the texts (e.g., titles and legends of graphs/maps) in the dashboards.

Auto-fill Functionality and Accessibility Fields

Auto-fill Functionality and Accessibility Fields:

  • When CONDB=="Fully damaged / A3", HFFUNCT is automatically filled as "Non-functioning / A3" as well as HFACC as "Non-functioning".

  • When HFFUNCT=="Non-functioning / A3", HFACC is automatically set at "Non-functioning"

Re-Calculate of Summary Results of “Functionality Status” to obtain Accurate Results consistent with Country-Level Results

### Urgency: Normal
Describe the Enhancement
@SamuelPetragallo @JeffDotingco @luna404 @SamMousa
Re-Calculate of Summary Results of “Functionality Status” to have consistent results in both the country-level analysis and the analysis of the visualization part of the new HeRAMS platform (i.e. use the same standard criteria followed at country-level by analyzing only “Government HFs” while excluding HFs under “Other HF-Type” classification).

Brief description
It is very important to ensure consistency between the Country-Level Analysis Results and the HeRAMS Analysis Results shown in the visualization part of the new HeRAMS platform. So, the visualization part of the new HeRAMS platform should follow the country criteria of selecting HFs to be analyzed (i.e. Analyze only “Government HFs” while excluding HFs under “Other HF-Type” classification).

  • Results provided by visualization part of new HeRAMS platform – Not Consistent with Country-Level Results are (55% Fully Functioning, 34% Partially Functioning, and 11% Non-Functioning)
  • Country-Level Results – obtained through analyzing only “Government HFs” while excluding HFs under “Other HF-Type” classification is (50% Fully Functioning, 35% Partially Functioning, and 15% Non-Functioning).

Steps to reproduce the issue
Change the Summary Analysis Results in the criteria of the visualization part so that it ensures analyzing only “Government HFs” while excluding HFs under the “Other HF-Type” classification.

Expected behavior
The Desired Action is to produce Summary HeRAMS Results with the following values (50% Fully Functioning, 35% Partially Functioning, and 15% Non-Functioning).

Additional details

  • The below screenshot shows non-accurate results of “Functionality Status” while the accurate results obtained when applying the standard country-level criteria by analyzing only “Government HFs” while excluding HFs under “Other HF-Type” classification is (50% Fully Functioning, 35% Partially Functioning, and 15% Non-Functioning).

I couldn’t access any of my accounts on the new herams.org platform (i.e. neither my Admin Account nor an End-User Account).

Brief description
Please be informed that today I couldn’t access any of my accounts on the new herams.org platform (i.e. neither my Admin Account nor any End-User Account).
When I tried to access my Admin Account, I wasn’t navigated at all though I’ve filled my credentials as usual. However, when I tried to access my End-User Account the following Error Message appeared “Unable to verify your data submission”.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to (herams.org)
  2. Fill your credentials
  3. Click on “Login”
  4. See error message for Non-Admin accounts: “Unable to verify your data submission” & when logging using your Admin Account, there is no No navigation at all

Expected behavior
The Desired Action is to solve this Login problem so that all users can access their accounts (including Admin Users).

Limit Add/Remove HF to Admin account

Currently, an admin user has to go to backend account and configure settings in order to Enable create and delete button in the plugins section. Is there a way in the HeRAMS platform to limit "Add/Remove HF" to admin users only once these features are activated in LS that can only be seen by users with admin access and not all users?

Fields Recently Updated from Backend Admin are NOT available in Frontend Export

### Urgency: High
Describe the bug
@SamuelPetragallo @JeffDotingco @luna404 @SamMousa
Recently Filled Geographical Coordinates (i.e. Longitude and Latitude) are not available in Frontend Export though are available in Backend Export.

RecentlyFilled GeogCoordinats.xlsx

Brief description
I have recently filled the missing geographical coordinates of some HFs through the Backend Admin. However, when exporting the data from Frontend those recently filled geographical coordinates are not displayed in the main fields of Latitude and Longitude (which are: MoSDGPS_SQ001 & MoSDGPS_SQ002 respectively) though they appear in Backend Export.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to 'Projects'
  2. Scroll down to 'Yemen'
  3. Click on 'Download' which is the "Down Arrow Button"
  4. See error: None of the recently filled Latitude nor Longitude appears in the main fields of Geographical Coordinates (which are: MoSDGPS_SQ001 & MoSDGPS_SQ002 respectively) in Frontendend Export though they appear in Backend Export.

Expected behavior
The Desired Action is that Recently filled geographical coordinates should be displayed in the main fields of Latitude and Longitude which are: MoSDGPS_SQ001 & MoSDGPS_SQ002 respectively).

Additional details
Though this bug seems to be resolved, today's frontend export (attached) and screenshot below with blank fields in Frontend Export (highlighted in "Yellow") shows that this bug still exists and needs to be resolved soonest. Maybe there was a misunderstanding of the desired action. The Desired Action is that Recently filled geographical coordinates should be displayed in the main fields of Latitude and Longitude which are: MoSDGPS_SQ001 & MoSDGPS_SQ002 respectively).

Some Bugs in Frontend Export need immediate fixes

Fields Format and Wrong Sort of HWs Columns.xlsx

### Urgency: High
Describe the bug
@SamuelPetragallo @JeffDotingco
Some bugs in Frontend Export that need to be fixed and/or resolved.

Brief description
Some bugs in Frontend Export that need to be fixed and/or resolved including but not limited to the following:

First, please make sure that all “Number Fields” are exported as “Numbers not Texts” including (Subject-ID, Beds, Ambulances, HWs, etc.)
Second, please re-sort the columns of HWs based on the standard order (i.e. Specialist, General Practitioners, Assistant Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, and finally Other HWs) to make it consistent with Backend data structure.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to 'Projects'
  2. Scroll down to 'Yemen'
  3. Click on 'Download' which is the "Down Arrow Button"
  4. Choose Export as XLSX
  5. See error: All “Number” fields are exported as “Text” including Subject-id, Geographical Coordinates, Inpatient Beds, Ambulances, all number of HWs fields, etc. Above that, the HWs columns are not sorted based on the usual standard sort of Backend Export which is: Specialist, General Practitioners, Assistant Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, and finally Other HWs (in Frontend Export have exchanged the locations of “Specialist” and “Other HWs/Other Health Staff” columns by mistake).

Expected behavior
The Desired Actions are as follows:
First, please make sure that all “Number Fields” are exported as “Numbers not Texts” including (Subject-ID, Beds, Ambulances, HWs, etc.)
Second, please re-sort the columns of HWs based on the standard order (i.e. Specialist, General Practitioners, Assistant Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, and finally Other HWs) to make it consistent with Backend data structure.

Additional details
Please notice in the below screenshot:
First, all "Number Fields" are exported as "Text" (sample fields/columns are highlighted in "Orange Color")
Second, the HWs are not sorted correctly as Frontend Export have exchanged the locations of “Specialist” and “Other HWs/Other Health Staff” columns by mistake (mislocated fields/columns are highlighted in "Yellow Color")
