Cannot get this to work

I watched the Youtube Video and at first I could get everything to work until I got to the getPosition Function and it kept saying it was not a function so I just copied directly from here and added my code and ID but then all I get is the polygon but no map and this is the error I get in dev tool mapsjs-core.js:170 GET http://3.base.maps.api.here.com/maptile/2.1/maptile/c98407140a/normal.day/10/169/399/256/png8?xnlp=CL_JSMv3.0.17.0&app_id=Gx8lnJQPwuc11rPujx6q&app_code=ECNl-2HfORn6yI2QvDHuMby39s-jNv_6gW7-VWFjgjk 401 (Unauthorized).
I am not sure what I am doing wrong
