File Management

We always need to read and write to files, either a class or example code for doing this would help

Pass File Name into Submission

It would be useful to have the file name in the submission script for when caching data

Please add a quit option

There is currently no quit option in the helper forcing ctrl + c to be used. Please add an option to quit the helper.

Timing appears to be negative

Output location passed in is wrong

It should be

Zip fails if output folder does not exists

It should be created if it does not exist

Check Module Refresh

Both the main module and then the sub-modules do not refresh correctly
