New Feature: check internet connection when state and district list's spinner is clicked. .

Description:

• In this app, you will find many sections where all the States' and Districts' list are fetching from an API (Cowin Public API) when user click it.
• As It is fetching with the help of the internet, therefore, we need to make sure that when users will click the pop-up menu the internet connection should be activated. and If not then please show the dialog box.

Old Closing Keyboard approach is causing Problems in Login/Sign up screen

Some time ago I implemented the closing Keyboard method and it worked fine in my opinion but today when I went to login screen for testing something I found some bug which was not pretty annoying and I take all fault for that.
Sorry, @sitamadex11 I would like to rectify the problem, and this time I have checked a lot, and please check too.

Hide Keyboard when clicked in the background

Activities do not support closing the keyboard when clicking in the background

as you can see the keyboard takes alot of area in the activity, its better to hide when clicked outside so that user can fill its details properly.
